Palo Alto, CA.
Helene's philosophy towards therapy is fundamentally existential.
She helps her clients gain insight, so they can decide which of their attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors are worthy of change.
The increased awareness of choices, better ability to make conscious decisions, and take thoughtful actions to create and
enjoy a more meaningful life is the ideal outcome of her therapy. Constructive personal development leads to more congruent
behavior, more effective communication, and the creation of better relationships.
